Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
We will review the claim and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
